A crate of beer from CREW Republic Brewery GmbH, sent from Bavaria to Berlin, passed through several DPD logistics hubs and arrived in the city within two days, after which it was redirected to a parcel shop and collected by the recipient the next day. Tracking the shipment made it possible to see the entire route — from major centers to local points. Beyond logistics, it was interesting to learn the stories of the people involved in the process: for example, the brewery’s founders left their previous jobs to pursue their dream, and the parcel shop also offers device repair services. The experience also highlighted the everyday reality — carrying 14 kilograms up to the fifth floor was not as easy as expected.
