Intervention / land art festival Archsledi
2014 / Karaberda / Russia
The pavilion was created as part of the Archsledi land art festival on the former site of the village of Karaberda, preserving its memory.
The wooden amphitheater is made of elements resembling pitched house roofs. Sitting on the “roof,” visitors can attend lectures under the sun or watch films under the stars. Its stepped structure makes the space intuitive and interactive, while the rooftop setting creates an informal and romantic atmosphere.
The design allows everyone to be both in the spotlight and part of the whole, making interactions particularly intimate and engaging.
